Choose Care for Christmas

The Centre Surgery are taking part in ‘Choose Care for Christmas’ where they are hoping to bring joy to Granville Gardens Care Home this year.

They are asking if anyone would like to purchase a gift for them to then take it to Centre for them to give the residents at Christmas.
