Couch to 5K is a running plan for absolute beginners. It was developed by a new runner, Josh Clark, who wanted to help his 50-something mum get off the couch and start running, too. The plan involves 3 runs a week, with a day of rest in between, and a different schedule for each of the 9 weeks.

Children’s Healthier Eating Toolkit
This toolkit contains ten different activities to help you support your family to make positive changes to their diet, with a particular focus on making healthier swaps. Activities are easy to run with children aged 4-11, with some activities suitable for children as young as 2, and require minimal preparation and no expert knowledge.
